Please know that we will only process complaints by email. Fill the form here. Responses to emails are only from Monday to Friday in the shortest possible time, on average within one week (opened days).
Also know that you have a period of three months from the date of your journey to notify us of a claim. Beyond that deadline, it will not be taken into account.
